Plain City, Syracuse, West Haven, North Ogden and Willard are all experiencing phenomenal growth.
While the center of Ogden is experiencing middle class flight, large numbers of Hispanic immigrants are picking up the slack, and home prices have continued to rise, even in the center of the city.
